Whenever you follow someone on Instagram or Facebook, or even Twitter, for that matter, you think to yourself, “There’s no possible way this person is as fun/exciting/beautiful/outgoing/*insert yours here* as they seem to be on my screen.” As a #ladyboss that communicates through a screen myself, I know the struggle of maintaining a genuine voice whenever I write any of my posts! While I feel like I really am who I post on my social outlets, I’m still human, and therefore believe that all of these incredible people wake up with bedhead and a need for coffee, just like I do.

I met Megan through Facebook, and then through Instagram, and immediately fell in love with her bubbly personality and the way that she never let anything get her down. Her laugh was infectious and the health and wellness tidbits she would post really caught my attention.

All I can say about “real-life” Megan is that she is that exact same bubbly and giggly woman I knew her to be through my phone! This gal has such a take-charge attitude and we seriously had a BLAST building up some content for her and celebrating some of her milestones as a fitness coach.
