I’ve know this gal since she was in diapers because she’s my little cousin – always my partner in crime, as we are both the oldest by a few years. It really makes me tear up to think that she is now a senior and headed off to the big, bad world. I feel like just yesterday we were painting seashells with nail polish and calling them treasures.
While the rest of the world was freezing or covered in snow, I ventured down to Lafayette, Louisiana for Tori’s senior session that we spread out over two days. For the first part of her session, we parked on the side of the road to venture up to an old driveway. The rock and pavement is long gone, but the huge oak trees still line the way. We then made our way to a local park before ending up on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s campus with all of the old cypress trees covered in moss. Our second day, we ventured through downtown Lafayette, stopping in front of big murals and inside of alleyways.
Tori, thank you so much for letting me take your senior photographs. You are so, so beautiful.
