Miss Jenna was the senior gal to kick off my week here in Lafayette, Louisiana and boy did she get me excited about this upcoming senior season. Here in Louisiana, senior season falls at a bit of a different time of the year with seniors taking advantage of the warm spring weather and all of the plants that are in bloom.

I met Jenna and her momma at Vermilionville where we walked through the historical Acadian sites along the Bayou Vermilion. Even with the clouds in the sky and a little drizzle here and there, the bright spring colors couldn’t be dampened. I absolutely loved Jenna’s bright floral romper with all of that green!

After Vermilionville, we headed to the always gorgeous UL alumni center where the tree branches drop to the ground and the garden area is always beautifully manicured.

Jenna – I hope you enjoy this last little bit of your senior year! I am so happy we got to hang out again!
